Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept 15 – Oct 15) starts in mid-September because it aligns with the independence anniversaries of several Latin American countries, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, and Chile! While the official month of recognition is wrapping up, we remain committed to honoring the diversity, traditions, and stories that our Hispanic and Latino families bring to our school community every day.
