Friday 8/30 - our 1st through 5th grades joined outside as a community to put our hopes and dreams for the 2024-2025 school year into fruition by blowing bubbles. It was wonderful being all together!

Upcoming Dates

September 2nd: No School - Labor Day

September 3rd: No School - PD day / Primary Election

September 4th: First Day of School for Kindergarten

September 12th: PTO Ice Cream Social 5-6 pm

September 21st: Doozy Do Parade

September 25th: Open House 6-7pm

September 30th: 1/2 day - 11:30 AM dismissal

October 1st & 2nd: Picture Day (more info to come)

Important Information

Our building is a scent free school - please make sure that anytime you're visiting that you refrain from wearing perfume/ cologne.

Supervision will begin at 7:40 AM on the playground - please do not drop your child off prior to that time.

School Hours: 8 AM - 2:10 PM

Absence Communication

This year we will be using parent square to contact families if your child is absent and we haven't heard from you.

Messages will be going out around 10 every morning.

It is a new process for us, so we appreciate your patience in advance!

K - 8 Reading Challenge

Northampton Public Schools has partnered with Smith College to bring you the summer 2024- 2025 school year K-8 reading challenge! We encourage that all NPS students read (and be read to) and invite you to record the titles on the reading log all summer and year long! There will be prizes for top readers in each school, grade and class to be announced and awarded in June 2025!
